  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your provided contact details

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice
  • Beadelle reserves the right to correct any pricing errors

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require advance payment in full
  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Estimated timelines are shared upfront but may vary slightly
  • Final product may have minor variations from reference images — handmade nature applies

5. Payments

  • We currently accept bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash / COD
  • Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed
  • Beadelle is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect payment details provided by the customer

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after confirmation
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service
  • Beadelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained
  • We may request photo evidence before processing any resolution
  • Resolution will be offered as a replacement or store credit — not a cash refund

8. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, designs, and content on this website belong to Beadelle
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission
  • Reposting our content must credit @Beadelleco

9. Limitation of Liability

Beadelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
